Established in 2016, Anchana’s Kitchen specializes in providing traditional Thai food that is made to order. Anchana’s Kitchen has an ABN and is a fully council approved and accredited Class 2 food business that is registered with the Victorian Government.


Anchana Jenkins

Chef – Owner

Anchana is a homegrown chef who was taught to cook at an early age by her grandparents and family in Northern Thailand. She was taught traditional recipes and methods using local produce from the farm and village markets. Anchana has previously owned and managed several Thai restaurants and cafes in Bangkok Thailand prior to migrating to Australia in 2008.  She has a flare and a passion for traditional Thai and Thai street food that is extremely tasty and of exceptionally high quality.  


Anchana prides herself on providing a dish that uses:

  • local and fresh Australian produce and ingredients
  • fresh homegrown herbs and spices from her garden
  • imported traditional Thai herbs, spices and sauces for authenticity
  • low fat content options where possible
  • traditional and old fashioned preparation, recipes and techniques
  • the finest quality ingredients with no compromises
  • Halal and vegetarian options
